Our solutions in grain technology are used worldwide for grain storage and grain ventilation. In the post-harvest grain sector, we have the right solution for your project.

We offer you the following products: Underfloor aeration systems, telescopic pipes, semi-circular ducts, fans, QG-fabric silo, modular wall cells and zzeparator for cleaning. We offer pipes for all types of grain also in a wear-resistant design.

ZZeparator

With our classifiers, you have the world of large flowrates at your feet. The cleaning performances of our DLG awarded ZZeparator
range from 20 to 120 t/h. Suitable cyclones for air cleaning are also available. Steel frames according to your requirements are also
supplied on request.

Modular wall cells

The cells are designed so they can be set up side by side in modular construction. In order to save material and costs, a wall of the one cell is placed side by side, with the wall of the other cell. This results in the typical A, B and C cells, in which the A-cell has four walls, to which a B-cell, with only 3 walls can be screwed. In the case of two or more rows, these cells are supplemented by the C-cell with only two walls.

Underfloor ventilation

Underfloor ventilation systems are the most effective available ventilation systems on the market.
They are characterized by a very individual system which can be tailored to specific customer needs. Underfloor systems always consist of a semi-circular duct and an underfloor cover. It has to be noticed that the concrete ground should in general be higher than the grate so that the loader shovel can be safely slide on the ground.
The underfloor covers are available in a large number of variants.
